For pancakes
Premium wheat flour – 110 g
Salt – 5 g
Chicken egg – 2 pcs
Milk – 125 g
Mineral water (sparkling) – 125 g
Butter – 30 g
For filling
Imitation caviar – 230 g
Curd cheese – 130 g
Sour cream – 80 g
Salt, ground black pepper, to taste
Chives for pancakes tying
Cooking
- Mix milk, eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter and flour.
- Add mineral water to this mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Fry pancakes until golden brown on a well-heated and oiled pan.
- Mix cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper for making filling,
- Before serving put 1 tbsp of cheese filling on pancakes adding caviar, after this tie the pancakes with chives.
