Pancake bags with cheese and caviar filling

For pancakes

Premium wheat flour – 110 g
Salt – 5 g
Chicken egg – 2 pcs
Milk – 125 g
Mineral water (sparkling) – 125 g
Butter – 30 g

For filling

Imitation caviar – 230 g
Curd cheese – 130 g
Sour cream – 80 g
Salt, ground black pepper, to taste
Chives for pancakes tying

Cooking

  1. Mix milk, eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter and flour.
  2. Add mineral water to this mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Fry pancakes until golden brown on a well-heated and oiled pan.
  4. Mix cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper for making filling,
  5. Before serving put 1 tbsp of cheese filling on pancakes adding caviar, after this tie the pancakes with chives.
