Ingredients
Potato – 600 g
Herring fillet – 250 g
Apple “Granny Smith” – 1 pc
Celery, stalk – 2 pcs
Red onion – 1 pc
Cooking
- Boil potatoes, then cool and slice. Cut herring into small equal pieces.
- Peel the apple, celery and onion. Cut the apple and celery into slices, chop the onion into thin strips.
- To prepare dressing, blend egg yolk, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard. Add sunflower oil while blending.
- Add white wine vinegar to the dressing; if necessary add some water.
- Mix all ingredients of the salad, pour the dressing and serve.
