Potato salad with herring, apple and celery

Ingredients

Potato – 600 g
Herring fillet – 250 g
Apple “Granny Smith” – 1 pc
Celery, stalk – 2 pcs
Red onion – 1 pc

Cooking

  1. Boil potatoes, then cool and slice. Cut herring into small equal pieces.
  2. Peel the apple, celery and onion. Cut the apple and celery into slices, chop the onion into thin strips.
  3. To prepare dressing, blend egg yolk, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard. Add sunflower oil while blending.
  4. Add white wine vinegar to the dressing; if necessary add some water.
  5. Mix all ingredients of the salad, pour the dressing and serve.
